All weight loss injections and prescribed medications are dispensed through our UK-based pharmacy. Each order is carefully prepared and packed by a licensed dispenser in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. We use insulated materials and ice gel packs to ensure your medication arrives within the correct temperature range and remains safe and effective.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are typically approved and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please note that while we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, additional checks may occasionally be required, which could extend processing time.
Medications are shipped Monday to Thursday only to ensure timely delivery and to avoid delays over weekends.
Delivery Options
Mainland UK : Tracked next-day delivery (Monday–Friday)
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands : Tracked two-day delivery
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that we do not offer a guaranteed next-day service due to the nature of prescription approval and third-party courier schedule
Courier Information
We use trusted third-party couriers such as DHL to deliver your orders. Although all shipments are sent via next-day service, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
